Attendance Provides fast entry and tracking of attendance data, generates attendance letters that can automatically create guidance records, and provides departure/arrival information at a glance.
Elementary Grading Eight grades and comments per year can be recorded for an unlimited number of subjects, skills, and competencies. Each teacher and specialist can be assigned a unique report card format (with narrative text comments).
Secondary Grading Marks can be entered manually or by scanning. With the optional Classroom Module, teachers can directly enter marks from their workstations, or post marks from an electronic gradebook.
Standards Grading Marks can be entered manually or by scanning. Allows entry and tracking of academic and performance standards by teachers or office staff tailored to your particular Standards testing requirements.
Fees and Fines A fund-based accounting module for tracking fees and payments.
Guidance Simplify counseling and reporting functions.

Schedule Builder Schoolmaster's Master Schedule Builder can create a master schedule automatically. Use the Single Student Scheduler to create schedules for new students.
Test History Import test results for a variety of standardized tests and include them in your report cards and transcripts.
Utilities Manage homeroom assignments, end of school year changes, and teacher/parent conferences (includes the ability to schedule contiguous appointments for parents of siblings!).
Optional Components
Admissions Module Admissions personnel can maintain an applicant database separate from, but integrated with, the student database. After, acceptance, applicants are converted to students thereby avoiding duplicate data entry.
Classroom Module Used to enter daily attendance and teacher's marks from workstations in their classrooms via a network connection (not available for stand-alone systems). Includes:
Schoolmaster's Gradebook -- A stand-alone program that allows teachers to track assignments and exam scores, calculate marks, produce progress reports, and post final grades into the Schoolmaster system.
Parental Access Support System -- (PASS) -- Our Web portal solution extracts student progress information (attendance summary, schedule, progress marks, etc.) from Schoolmaster to HTML format and provides confidential, ready-to-post pages that parents and students access via a Web browser using an ID and PIN. District Solutions Choose one of two Schoolmaster solutions designed to help you gather and report information at the district level: Schoolmaster District Edition -- a centralized data solution -- or District Accumulator System (DAS) -- a data accumulator fed by site-based systems.
Fund Raising Module Track alumni and donors and manage fund raising campaigns and appeals with our integrated Fund Raising module. In addition to letters, labels, and reports, the Fund Raising Module provides Donor Reports (Pledge Reminders, Gift Receipts, 5-year Giving Analysis), Giving Reports, and Income Summaries.
PDA Applications Schoolmaster Administrator and Schoolmaster PDA Classroom provide the ultimate in portability! Administrator is designed for administrators and safety personnel; providing complete student, student schedule, adult, and staff data from a Palm-powered PDA. PDA Classroom is designed for teachers who need to collect attendance and marks outside of the traditional classroom environment (i.e., PE teachers, coaches, field-trip supervisors).
Schoolmaster Forms Schoolmaster systems are designed to work with a variety of pre-printed and custom forms (report cards, transcripts, data collection, schedules, etc.) available from Olympia Computing Company (developer of Schoolmaster).
