Using the Schoolmaster Admissions Module, admissions personnel can maintain an applicant database separate from, but integrated with, the student database. After acceptance, applicants are converted to students thereby avoiding duplicate data entry. Of particular interest is the Contact History view where any type of contact with the applicant and family can be recorded (i.e., interviews, meetings, phone calls, etc.). A file of any type, such as a letter of application, letter of recommendation, a paper the student has written, or other material offered in support of the application can be attached to a Contact History record.

Fully integrated with Schoolmaster
Applicant information is entered once. After admission, applicants can be converted to current or future students with a mouse-click.
Contact History
Keep track of all contacts with an applicant or family. Provides storage of electronic attachments important to the application process for each applicant (letters, forms, etc.).
Siblings View
Siblings can be entered from either the Applicant or Student database; supports both "student" and "applicant" siblings of the applicant. This feature can be used to determine multiple student tuition discounts.
Tuition Forecasting
(School-based version only) -- Create tuition quotes and transfer this data to the Fees and Fines Module when applicants become enrolled students.
Admissions Status Reports
Reporting includes current year and next year application status reports, ability to determine seats available by grade level,and forecasts of school/grade level population. Schoolmaster's Listings, Report Builder, Filters, and Sorts are also available to customize reporting to meet your needs.
District-based Version
(DAS Network Edition Required) -- Applications may be managed at a central district office. After applicants are converted to students, the information is transferred to applicable Schoolmaster school sites.
Alarms
Use this time management tool to schedule interviews, phone calls, and meetings; fully integrated with the Contact History view.
User Defined Views
Unlimited data storage is available using user-defined views and fields; provides the customization to track and report on additional data.
Other Views
Applicant Test History and Mark History records transfer to the enrolled student test history file or appropriate mark history file (elementary or secondary).
