	Web Classroom Real-time Web access for teachers to attendance, mark entry, student biographical data, and Schoolmaster Gradebook via our .Net Web application.
	Master Data Files Students, Adults, Staff, Departments, Courses, Sections, Classes, Programs and more! Complete information management--including User-defined Fields--to meet your ever-changing data management needs.
	Attendance Provides fast entry and tracking of attendance data, generates attendance letters that can automatically create guidance records, and provides departure/arrival information at a glance.
	Grading Modules
		Standards Grading Allows entry and tracking of academic and performance standards by teachers or office staff tailored to your particular Standards testing requirements.
		Secondary Grading Marks and comments can be entered by office personnel, from teacher's workstations (Classroom Module), or Palm(TM) OS PDAs.
		Elementary Grading Eight grades and comments per year can be recorded for an unlimited number of subjects, skills, and competencies. Each teacher and specialist can be assigned a unique report card format (with narrative text comments).
	Schedule Builder Enter the necessary specifications, and Schoolmaster can create your master schedule and then schedule your students. Our powerful Single-student Scheduler makes last minute changes and scheduling new students a snap!
	Test History Use our Test History Module to import a variety of standardized test results (i.e., SAT, ACT, etc.) with provided test battery imports. You can even create your own test battery imports. Use this data for analysis or print them on transcripts.
	Guidance Track any type of student contact (counseling, discipline, parent meetings, etc.) and create reports using our integrated report builder or user-defined cross-tab reports.
	Health Create health records for office visits, screenings such as vision or hearing, vaccinations, sport participation exams, injuries, health alerts, medications, and create your own user-defined records.
	Fees and Fines A fund-based accounting module for tracking fees and payments.
	Reports/Labels/Letters Generate everything from letters (including attendance letters), mailing labels, to customized reports with imported graphics right out of Schoolmaster! No third-party report generator necessary.

	Classroom Module Used to enter daily attendance and teacher's marks from workstations in their classrooms via a network connection (not available for stand-alone systems). Includes:
		Schoolmaster's Gradebook -- An integrated program that allows teachers to track assignments and exam scores, calculate marks, produce progress reports, and post final grades into the Schoolmaster program. Daily attendance entry and access to basic student biographical data and test history data is also available directly from the Gradebook.
		Parental Access Support System -- (PASS) -- Our Web portal solution extracts student progress information (attendance summary, schedule, progress marks, etc.) from Schoolmaster to HTML format and provides confidential, ready-to-post pages that parents and students access via a Web browser using an ID and PIN. 	PDA Applications Schoolmaster Administrator and Schoolmaster PDA Classroom provide the ultimate in portability! Administrator is designed for administrators and safety personnel; providing complete student, student schedule, adult, and staff data from a Palm-powered PDA. PDA Classroom is designed for teachers who need to collect attendance and marks outside of the traditional classroom environment (i.e., PE teachers, coaches, field-trip supervisors).
	Admissions Module Admissions personnel can maintain an applicant database separate from, but integrated with, the student database. After, acceptance, applicants are converted to students thereby avoiding duplicate data entry.
	Fund Raising Module Track alumni and donors and manage fund raising campaigns and appeals with our integrated Fund Raising module. In addition to letters, labels, and reports, the Fund Raising Module provides Donor Reports (Pledge Reminders, Gift Receipts, 5-year Giving Analysis), Giving Reports, and Income Summaries.
	Schoolmaster Forms Schoolmaster systems are designed to work with a variety of pre-printed and custom forms (report cards, transcripts, data collection, schedules, etc.) available from Tyler Technologies, Inc. ~ Schoolmaster Division (developer of Schoolmaster).
