PDA Office

Portable Access to Student Data...

Administrators, supervisory personnel, and security officers can use PDA Office to access a snapshot of the Schoolmaster database (updated via regular synchronization). Depending on Schoolmaster user rights, PDA Office users can view the following:

• Student Primary Data including pictures and IDs
• Rosters / Sections / Schedules
• Primary contact information (adults)
• Current day attendance (as of last synchronization)
• Health and Security alerts
• User-defined fields
• Test History
• Transportation
• Staff Primary Data and schedules
   

And, in addition to viewing Guidance and Health data, PDA Office users with appropriate rights can enter Guidance and Health records that can be transferred back to the Schoolmaster database via synchronization.

On the Student list, select a student . . .	or search for a student by various IDs.
Select a view of a student's data . . .	such as the student's Primary Data.
Access the student's schedule . . .	or view today's attendance for a student.
If any security or health alerts exist, view the details.	View the Roster list to select and view a class/section roster.
Use the Staff list to select a teacher . . .	and access their classes/sections.
