"Of the many administrative school systems available, we chose Schoolmaster Information Systems because of Tyler Technlogies' willingness to work with our district to identify our needs and to help us structure a system to meet those needs...
We have been very pleased with our choice of information system and very satisfied with our ongoing telephone support."
Assistant Principal in Connecticut
"Schoolmaster has been wonderful in preparing the way for implementation of electronic reporting. Through their conferences and phone support, you can always count on them to be there to help with any problems or questions."

Who Should Attend?
District and site Schoolmaster System Managers, Classroom Manager, and other key operators should plan on attending one of our continuing education training events. The training events feature multiple concurrent lecture presentations in addition to hands-on computer lab training.
Expert Schoolmaster Trainers and Schoolmaster Student Information Systems staff will provide training on the use of the latest versions of Schoolmaster District Edition (and School Edition) and Network Edition, including the Schoolmaster Gradebook application and the new Web Classroom. In addition to the staff of Schoolmaster trainers, representatives from our Technical Support, Development, and Management Teams will be in attendance.
The training curriculum for these events is designed for key operators who have completed basic Schoolmaster Phone Training relative to their job function. "New users" should not attend unless they have received this basic training.
For complete information on the range of topics/sessions, please review the proposed daily scheduled for each event; sessions vary depending on location.

Comments from Past Attendees
"I found the trainers to be very well-versed and informative. I have been to 3 training events since we started using Schoolmaster, and I always picked up something new at each one."
"I felt the presenters did an excellent job of teaching at all different levels. They had people from all backgrounds -- individuals with many years under their belt and others who had just a minimum amount of experience and yet they adequately met the needs of all."
"It was a very good event! The food and snacks were excellent and the accommodations were wonderful. I enjoyed the whole experience even though I have only been on Schoolmaster two months. Great program!"
"I was pleasantly surprised to see programmers and support people in the topic presentations. [User conference event] They didn't "teach" the materials, but they were there to field questions from presenters and attendees alike. That's not a small feature. It's huge. It shows that your company places the end-user first and that you (as a company) are there to provide the very best in support and training."
