Registration Confirmation
Your electronic pre-registration will be processed and a tentative reservation acceptance via e-mail should reach you within 72 hours; if you do not receive reservation acceptance within 72 hours, please contact Schoolmaster Student Information Systems (800 / 733-0922). Upon receipt of your purchase order a final confirmation will be sent via e-mail.
Cancellation Policy
Registrant substitution is permitted. Cancellations of confirmed registrants must be in writing and received by Schoolmaster Student Information Systems at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the event; approved cancellations will incur an administrative fee of $45.00. "No-shows" will be billed for the entire registration fee.
Schoolmaster Student Information Systems reserves the right to cancel any training event if minimum attendance requirements, as set by Schoolmaster Student Information Systems, are not fulfilled.
