Arizona JTED Seminars

Tyler Technologies, Inc., developer of Schoolmaster Student Information Systems, will present a 2-part JTED seminar on September 29, 2010 at the Prescott Resort. This event is open to JTED staff and office staff from JTED Satellite Schools that use Schoolmaster. Key Schoolmaster operators should plan on attending this seminar. In addition to general instruction on Schoolmaster functionality used for JTED, the seminar will also be a time to discuss the upcoming changes to JTED reporting and how this may impact your use of Schoolmaster.

The seminar is divided into two sessions:

  • AM (9:00 am to 11:30 pm): JTED Satellite Schools – Exporting students to JTED
  • PM (1:00 pm to 4:00 pm): JTED importing satellite school data and reporting to SAIS & central campus enrollment and reporting to SAIS

Registration Fees:

  • AM or PM Session: $90 per person
  • AM and PM Session: $150 per person

Light refreshments will be provided. Attendees are on their own for lunch.

Tyler / Schoolmaster Fall 2010 User Conferences

Tyler Technologies, Inc., developer of Schoolmaster Student Information Systems is scheduling continuing education training events for Fall 2010 -- mark the following dates on your calendar and register today!

* Centralia, Washington ~ Oct. 12 & 13
* La Grande, Oregon ~ Oct. 20 & 21

Who Should Attend?

District and site Schoolmaster System Managers, Classroom Managers, and other key operators should plan on attending one of our continuing education training events. The User Conference events feature multiple concurrent lecture presentations in addition to hands-on computer lab training.

Expert Schoolmaster Trainers and Tyler Technologies staff will provide training on the use of the latest versions of Schoolmaster District Edition (and School Edition), including the Schoolmaster Gradebook application and Web Classroom. In addition to the staff of Schoolmaster trainers, representatives from our Technical Support, Development, and Management Teams will be in attendance.

The training curriculum for these events is designed for key operators who have completed basic Schoolmaster Training relative to their job function. "New users" should not attend unless they have received this basic training. To schedule basic system use training, please contact Cindy Frary.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Pre-registering does not obligate you to attend the training event, it just temporarily reserves your seat. Finalization of your registration requires that you fax a purchase order to Schoolmaster Student Information Systems. (Early Bird discount registrations must submit a PO by the specified date on our Web site.)

Most topics are presented only once during the two days. If your school needs full coverage of all available topics, multiple attendees should register. For group rates (5 or more) from a school/district, please e-mail info.sm@tylertech.com for information on group registration fees.

At most events, Day One check-in begins at 6:45 AM, the general sessions begin at 7:45 AM and all break-out sessions end at 4:00 PM. Day Two sessions begin at 8:30 AM and end at 4:00 PM.

We do not guarantee computer availability for hands-on sessions. Seating is first come, first served.

User Conferences Registration Fees

Registration fees include all conference materials, AM/PM refreshments, and hosted luncheon on Day 1 (except where noted).

Please Note: No Split Registrations for Early-Bird or Regular fees.

  • Early-Bird Two-day: $390.00 per person (no split registrations) ~ Must pre-register AND submit a purchase order by the indicated deadline (see details for each site) to confirm the pre-registration. Purchase orders received after the deadline are subject to reclassification to the Regular Fee.
  • Regular Two-day: $435.00 per person (no split registrations) ~ Pre-register at any time and submit a PO at least two weeks prior to the event
  • One-day Only (Day 1 or Day 2): $250.00 per person
  • Group Rate: $370.00 per person ~ Available for five (5) or more staff from school or district and must be confirmed on one purchase order. For details, contact Tyler Tech/Schoolmaster via e-mail (info.sm@tylertech.com)
